Nitin was born and brought up in The Land of Gods, Kinnaur Valley, Himachal Pradesh. In his early childhood, he spent a lot of time playing and providing a helping hand to his parents and grandparents in the family’s apple orchards that where he developed deep love for nature and mountains. Higher education at Delhi University’s DCE (now DTU) and IIM Indore led to corporate stints at AIG and Accenture. These jobs made him see the world, but deep inside, he always wanted to move back.

2019, while still workign in the corporate world he ventured into travel Industry and opend Zostel in Chitkul ( Last Village of the Indian Border) and a year later a campsite named Eskape Adventure Camps at Rakcham Village in Kinnaur along with his brother.

2022, he left his job full-time and is currently working on growing Eskape Trails along with his Apple Farming venture named Kinnaur Harvest.
